Search Queries
When a name, location, or other search term is entered into a partner-powered search box, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Eagle County Released Inmates does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages
If a visitor emails or sends a message to the site, the details in that message may be kept long enough to review it, respond, and keep a reasonable record of the exchange. Those messages are not shared outside the site operation unless a valid legal requirement calls for disclosure.
